MHI-MME to Show at SMM 2014
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Marine Machinery & Engine Co., Ltd. (MHI-MME) says it will participate in SMM (Hamburg) scheduled to be held at Congress Center Hamburg, Germany from September 9th to 12th, 2014.
The company will co-exhibit with Mitsubishi Turbocharger and Engine Europe B.V (MTEE) which is also a member of the MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries) group. A wide range of of MHI group marine machinery and engines will be exhibited.
MHI-MME informs that SMM is one of the largest international maritime exhibitions, and it will exhibit its eco-friendly solutions “Project MEET” at booth number 308 in Hall A4. The company adds it will also introduce updates to its low pressure EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system which satisfies IMO Tier III regulations.
September 9th (from 2pm), MHI-MME will make a presentation at the booth of TURBO-TECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG (Hall B4.EG/Booth Number103), the MET turbocharger service partner of the company. In this presentation, it will introduce the latest topics and retrofitting solutions for slow steaming using the MET turbocharger.
MHI-MME is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, launched on October 1, 2013. The company has a broad lineup of marine machinery and engines which includes two-stroke low-speed engines, MET turbochargers, propellers, marine boilers & turbines, deck cranes, deck machinery, fin stabilizers and steering gears.
