STAUFF Introduces Oil Quality Sensor

According to STAUFF, interval oil changes are now a thing of the past thanks to its new Oil Quality Sensor (OQS).

Because the OQS from STAUFF monitors oil condition – contamination and moisture – oil can be changed based on need rather than a set interval. This alone can lead to the savings of millions of gallons of oil a year, STAUFF said.

Monitoring oil condition is clearly fundamental to understanding the optimal time to change: change too early and the cost is too high; change too late and the costs can be even greater.

The STAUFF OQS sensor is a live, highly flexible and cost effective condition based monitoring solution, designed to be permanently mounted within any lubrication system on any type of machine.

The STAUFF OQS Oil Quality Sensor reliably measures contamination in all industrial equipment, including diesel and gas engines, compressors, industrial gear reducers, wind turbines, generator sets and hydraulic systems.

Data can be displayed on your existing system or on the STAUFF Oil Quality Display (OQD).
